Summer

Summer

Land:
The vine branches are getting longer and need to be lifted and tied up, so they are better exposed to sunlight and protected from the wind.
the vines are in full activity: feeding the grapes, enlarging them and bringing them to full maturity.
In late summer, preparations are made for the forthcoming harvest.

Cellar:
Oak–aged wines have finally reached a perfect balance and maturity, and are ready for bottling.

Recipe:
White peaches with brown sugar and Baccarat Rosè.
